1. The new draft of land law aims to remind farmers to well-protected the environment and preserve the natural resources.
2. Economic growth, free market, new productivities on agricultural land, and collective community products are all purposely for the nation’s benefits.
3. This law is applied for agricultural land, state and private property. The government must ensure the rights to access to the land and must not break the tradition of usage.

4. The purpose of the law sounds good. Farmers must follow. However, in reality, the law protects big businessmen.
5. There is no negotiation. Farmers must produce products to meet required standard. When the quality is lower than agreed, farmers will be penalised based on agreement.
6. Why creating new law while the old law only needs some amendment. The new law is bias to protect the businessmen and unfair treatment for farmers. What can we hope for?
